Indications

For Intra-articular or Soft-tissue injection
Intra-articular or soft-tissue introduction of Aristocort® Forte is indicated as an additional therapy for short-term administration (to alleviate the patient’s condition after an acute episode or exacerbation) in acute gouty arthritis, acute and subacute bursitis, acute nonspecific tenosynovitis, epicondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis synovitis.
For Intravenous Administration
Intraperitoneal introduction of Aristocort® Forte is indicated for focal alopecia, discoid lupus erythematosus, keloids, localized hypertrophic, infiltrated, inflammatory lesions of annular granuloma, lichen planus, chronic lichen simplex (neurodermatitis) and psoriatic plaques, necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum.
It can also be useful for cystic tumors of aponeurosis or tendon (ganglia).
