Pharmacological effects: Duspatalin belongs to a group of medications called myotropic spasmolytics. Duspatalin exerts direct action on the smooth muscles of the gastro-intestinal tract(mainly on the large bowel). Duspatalin helps to eliminate spams without affecting bowel's peristalsis and does not cause anticholinergic action.
Indications: Duspataling is indicated to eliminate spasms of the digestive system manifested in biliary and intestinal colic, IBS(irritable bowel syndrome)
Duspatalin can be used in children to relive dyspepsia and pain in the abdominal cavity
