Indications

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (insulin-independent) without a tendency to ketoacidosis (especially in obese patients). Type 2 diabetes mellitus (insulin-independent), especially against the background of obesity (with unsatisfactory compensation of metabolism by diet and exercise). Type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults (especially in obese patients) with the ineffectiveness of diet therapy and physical activity: – as monotherapy; – in combination with other oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (insulin-independent) without a tendency to ketoacidosis (especially in obese patients).
