Drug name: Brand Theraflex
Active substance: Chondroitin sulfate, Glucosamine
Pharmacological effects: Theraflex works by stimulating the cartilaginous tissue. The active ingredients of Theraflex are chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine which are normally used by the organism in production of connective tissues, preventing the processes of cartilage deterioration and stimulating the tissue regeneration. The preparation also protects the cartilage from metabolic destruction which may be caused by glucocorticosteroids and NSAID's. Promotes gialurone production and slows its deterioration by enzymes and free radicals. In treatment of osteoarthrosis eases the symptomatology and decreases the need to use NSAID's
Indications: The drug is used in treatment of osteoarthrosis I-III stages.
Warnings and Precautions: The drugs should not be used in the following conditions:
- Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparations.
- Renal dysfunctions
